Hello all! Its so nice to read about all the goings on in all of your lives. I hope to get to know some of you better as time goes by I thought today I need to post some words more than art you see.... I have had a sad day.....My mother overdosed on crack and methodone 5 yrs ago today. It was a very hard time and also the day I buried her ashes it was the coldest july 3rd ever recorded in michigan. I cus her all the time and she makes herself known lol crazy bitch busts light bulbs an such one time I was getting ready to tell; how she stole something and she put out the lights at my sisters house.
My sister and I were just talking how this is the first year she hasent gone all crack crazy for the week I am so proud of her! I actually have been doing pretty well ... sometimes (like on moms birthday) I go overboard but it has all just kinda made me numb with anger. I feel she should still be here and see my kids all grown but I know she didnt care about that. My mother was the most selfish woman I have ever known. Im not even trying to get pitty here. Just let me type this out so its said. ahhhhIt help honest . thanks for reading/listening.

This is an Altered book I have worked on for over 2 years.

Now for a little background on me and the hubby...

We were born only 2 days apart in the exact same hospital,

Over Christmas of 1971. His story is~

"I was checking out the goods in the nursery"

My story is that we were soul mates..

we were both raised within 2-5 miles from each other

Our parents even knew some of the same people.

Still we never met.

In the year 2000 our eyes met and the sparks flew!

Im still thankful to this day to my youngest sister Sarae for introducing us.

Festival of The Arts

I arrived a little late
as the time flew by
so fast this morning
(working on this blog)

The first friday
of every month
exactly at 12 noon
a siren sounds,
a test around here
for tornadoes.
This was also a signal
that festival had begun...
YaY!
So it was a long wet day
but I did have some sucess!
My knees are killing me...
I just may be getting
too old for this shit.
